What We Could Have Missed Along the Way...

I went geocaching for the 1st time in Coronado. We looked for 4 caches and only found one. Not finding the others was ok b/c i really like to sperlunk the areas that i don't frequent...i should have taken a picture of the cache we found but instead i took a polaroid of it and put it into the container. It was fun and kinda allows u to re discover ur city. As we searched a man asked us if we had lost something, not knowing how to respond or wanting to go into detail of what we were actually doing we shortly just answered no haha...

"Fish Are Friends Not Food"
I like Feeesh...and i like to eat them too...

Random Ninja Dojo we stumbled upon in Coronado!?!

A plus side of being a pack rat and a "little" disorganized is i re discover things that i have forgotten about or don't remember having at all. Like these instax pics...

Chasing My Resolve...

Kick back at the hommies pad. Killed a bottle of Blue Label and Hennessy VS (Victorias Secret) haha. We spent the time drinking, playing cards and some drinking games. And the girls graciously baked some bomb ass cookies...

When i was getting the PBR there were 3 pristine ping pong balls lined up on the railing in the beer section un packaged. I took it as a sign from the beer gods and just took them. They actually got some use too after a game of flip cup. Apparently the guys got waxed in total wins of flip cup and beer pong. That's only b/c i was not participating...

Keep Your Head Up But Watch Where You're Stepping...

This is the 3rd Yard that iv'e come across that has been City Buffed E2e T2B in the past month. Some San Diego history was lost in this one. What's going on San Diego?...Really!?!..It wont be very long b4 these walls will be filled w/ a whole new chapter of pieces. I can understand buffing out graff that is in the view of the public like on FWY's, city buildings/walls. But in the yards/pits? No one but the homeless and illegals roam these areas...

I stepped in bums feces. So nasty...

What Some View As Random Chance, Others See It As Fate...

So apparently i appear to be a "White Boy" to some people. So i guess white men can jump?..

Big Zee Crew Putting it down...

The Homies Spic and Mofo got down on a legal beagle in little Italy area on the way to the airport. Apparently some pedestrians voiced their dislike for the little girl piece w/ the missing teeth. I think she looks like a happy little kid...

The band Hockey playing on the Hornblower. What an experience this was. I really expected there to be a lot of Hipsters, but was wrong. We got in line w/ a lot of touristy 50+ year olds and was probably one of the youngest aboard. The boat actually cruised the bay which was really nice. It left me w/ another great impression of our great city of San Diego...

Afterwards we hit up Burger Lounge in Little Italy. I got the lounge burger and the half and half fries + onion rings, The place is really clean and as a bonus they were playing the Lakers vs Jazz games as they swept them in the final 4th game. Western Conference Finals here we come! The burger was pretty good but also had a lot of grease that dripped out of it. So when u placed the burger down the bun would soak it up and get a little soggy. So far i still really like 5 Guys Burgers...I still have yet to try a burger from Hodads. In time, in time...

Oh Summer How I Look FWD to Thee...

Five Guys Burgers is legit. You order a reg burger and it comes w/ two patties. They have a good selection of FREE toppings and offer cajon seasoned fries. It tastes like a really really good backyard grilled burger. I got the bacon cheeseburger w/ mayo, lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. I was full for the rest of the day...

Getting beer i go straight for PBR. I was surprised by this golden box that had replaced my silver and blue corner in which PBR is usually the sole loner. Its a MGD PBR. It tastes like MGD and is nothing special. Original PBR is still my choice for cheap light beer...

Home Sweet Home...

Saved a rabbit from drowning in the pool. Put it in a box filled w/ towels, some lettuce and carrots. Wild rabbits don't ever eat carrots but u know....i just had to haha. The next morning he was dry and lively so i took him back and let him go HOME...

Broken Pieces...

I think its nice how a lot of bird species pair for life...Life lesson?

Click on image to enlarge. There about 20+ helicopters in a flying v formation. Kinda crazy thought we went to war or something. Kinda reminiscent of a scene out of Avatar...

Do What You Feel Now...

Watched the "Banksy" movie Exit Through The Gift Shop on Fri. I am still puzzled in what to think about it. It was a good movie and rather funny at times. I felt like a little school girl seeing all the top playas in the street art world and actually knowing most of their names. The crowd was mixed which was expected b/c it is showing in Hillcrest. But i was rather surprised to see so many elderly people attending. The movie had little to do about Banksy but more so about one videographers obssession to tape everything and connect w/ all the heavy hitter street artists like Banksy. He was able to follow many of them around and get footage and convinced them that he was going to make a movie at the end of the project. Mr. Brainwash then emerges and tries his own hand at street art and throughs his own exhibition show in LA. He is able to sell hype to all of LA and make a pretty good penny off of his very 1st show EVER. W/ no cred and now previous works of art to legitimize himself he is able to sell out w/ the help of Shepard Fairey and Banksy. So in the end i dont know if the joke is one the street art world, the art loving guppies, Banksy and Shepard Fairey or the viewers who got sold on to watch the movie thinking it was a Banksy film. Here is the trailer for the movie...

And here is some video and pictures of Banksy's Barley Legal show in LA that i attended in 06. I never posted these
pics on flickr or anything so this is an exclusive for all that read this blog. Which isn't many haha. It's all pics im sure
many of u have all ready seen. But i felt compelled to post anyway b/c i never have and i just watched the "Banksy" movie

Oh and when we were outside of the movie theater after the movie i saw Pose II posting outside. I wanted to say whats up and pay my respects but he was talking to other people. So we then proceeded to Bronx Pizza and low and behold Mr Pose II got in line right behind me. I then took the time to say whats up and we chopped it up about the Banksy Movie we had just saw. Pose II is a real chill nice guy. Just goes to show that ego does not consume all...

Powerlifter...

Convoy Tofu House. I got the Tofu stew w/ beef, clam, shrimp, and a Dragon Cali roll. Which is just a California roll w/ eel on top...Verdict...The tofu stew was served in a small ironclad bowl and came out boiling hot. They provide an egg for u to crack and insert into the soup urself which i did horrible at. The amount of food was substantial enough to make me full w/ out a sushi roll. The Dragon Cali roll was nothing special...

Scrub Jay sighting in Homies back yard. I havn't seen one of these guys in a long time...

Homie spraying his bottom runner for his bike. I happened to have extra paint for him to use...

Nazca Grill i think...Peruvian food. I got the beef steak w/ fried banana and fried egg. It reminded me of Filipino food...
