Flexible Love...

Had a day out in the sun w/ the lady. Hit up Con Pane Rustic Breads & Cafe for lunch. I got the roast beef sandwich and she got the Turkey Cob. Hers had avocado, bacon, sundried tomatoes, lettuce and some strong ass cheese. Mine was just roast beef, mayonnaise, goat cheese and lettuce and red onions. I liked the Turkey Cob except for the heavily strong cheese after taste. The roast beef was delicious. We shared a cinnamon roll...

We then set off towards La Jolla for some Geocaching. We both forgot that it being a beautiful sunny SATURDAY that everyone would be headed to the beaches so we got caught up in mad traffic. Our 1st cache search took place ontop of Mt Soledad. We couldnt find it b/c there was a lot of bushwacking on a steep hill involved. So we headed towards La Jolla Cove...

Some Live painting. Looks really good...

This cache took us on a trail in La Jolla that ive never been on b4. There are some great views on the way. The cache is an ammo box and the people who made/registered it camouflaged it really well. Looks like mud and woodchips but it blended in well under a bush...

There were some interesting itmes within. What u do is if u take an item u must leave on. I just like to leave stickers in them. This one had some crayons so i used one to hit up the inside of the box...

We then went towards children's pool where the seals are for the next cache. Sadly people are using the beach to actually swim in so the seals were driven away. Anyway, this cache is a nano (small container) cache. It is actually a 35mm canister w/ a seal picture on the cap and some pelicans flying on the side of the cache. Theres no room for knick nacks for this one, just a sign in log...

  1. Nice. I always wanted to get into Geo caching. I had a few friends who were big on Geo caching a few years back. - E.VIL
