Can't believe it has been 4 years since the beginnings of THE Dope Show. I've had a lot of great times w/ these people i have met and the greatest reward is to be able to see the progression a lot of them have made. Local artist Shay Davis premiered his documentary last friday entitled Shayvision. Before the debut though there were also other short films featured. The Dope Show was asked to submit any vids/flicks to make a video out of. I submitted a measly 3 clips and should have submitted a lot more cause i have a grip of video but was holding out to save them for another project. Anyway the following is what they were able to come up w/. Its a fast paced conglomeration of random videos from past shows. I think its pretty well done for the amount of time they had to edit which was not much. Enjoy, Four Years in Four Minutes...

Skinny Leg Circus...
Today was a great day for street art. I got a call from a friend informing me that Os Gemeos were getting down at Horton and that Shepard Fairey was getting down at Hillcrest. Thiese are a couple of artists that are participating in the La Revolucion exhibit to hit San Diego's Museum of Contemporary Arts this weekend...

Spotted this off the fwy. Not convinced so much that it is an authentic Banksy or not...
